NOTE: For custom artwork the digital file and physical print/frame must be purchased separately.

To Purchase Digital file: Via the 'Custom Print (Digital File)' product page.

1. Add your print name - I.e “Stella the labrador”
2. Add a background colour for the Print. Options below. (Also comes with a transparent background)
3. Add a link to a drop box or google drive folder with an image for the custom print. This is also where the completed print will be uploaded to. Please email sophzeldesigns@gmail.com if having difficulties with this.  
4. Select how many subjects (This decides price). 

Once ordered we will let you know when your request has been received. 

Optional: To purchase file printed and Framed: Via the 'Custom Print (For Printing & Framing)' product page.

1. Select size (A4, A3, A2, A1)
2. Select No Frame or a Black / White Frame.
3. In cart add shipping details to be printed and shipped to you.

NOTE: Due to the nature of a handmade artwork times could vary. We will keep you updated on the progress of the print.

We will notify you when the print is completed and added into the linked folder, or if purchasing a physical print/frame when it is on the way.

Once completed we will let you know your request has been received. From there, please allow 4-6 weeks to be completed.

If purchasing 'Printed & Framed' please allow an extra week for delivery.

A Person / Pet Print will include;

• 1x Digital File (PDF) of print with a coloured background
• 1x Digital File (PDF) of print without a background (Means you can add your own background)

Can provide additional digital files with People / Pets separated or combined at my discretion, free of charge.

Digital Files will be available to download via the same folder linked when ordering.
